About us

Touching lives, restoring hope, transforming communities.

Mental Health Touch, Ghana is a community-focused organization dedicated to advancing mental health, rehabilitation, addiction recovery, disability inclusion, and community development across Ghana and, ultimately, Africa.

Who we are

We believe good mental health is a fundamental human right.

Mental Health Touch, Ghana works to improve access to quality mental health and rehabilitation services, especially in underserved and marginalized communities.

Through evidence-based interventions, community engagement, advocacy, research, and strategic partnerships, we help people find support earlier, recover with dignity, and participate meaningfully in family and community life.

Our multidisciplinary team brings together mental health professionals, rehabilitation specialists, public health practitioners, researchers, counsellors, psychologists, social workers, and community development experts.
